Ms. Morytko has served as a Director of EnerSys since December 7, 2022. Ms. Morytko has an established reputation as an enterprise operating leader and supply chain subject matter expert.
Since September 11, 2023, Ms. Morytko is the Senior Vice President, and President of the MTS operating segment at Hillenbrand, a global industrial company providing processing equipment and systems, whose shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange. From September 2020 through February 2023, she was the President of the Pumps Division at Flowserve Corporation, and from February 2018 until September 2020, she was the Chief Operating Officer at Norsk Titanium, a leading metal 3D printing company. Before joining Norsk, Ms. Morytko served as an operations and supply chain consultant, and prior thereto spent seven years at Baker Hughes, an energy technology company, first as Vice President, Global Supply Chain, then as Vice President, North America Region, and finally as President, Asia Pacific Region. From 1996 until 2010, Ms. Morytko served in a number of positions of increasing responsibility at Pratt & Whitney, an aerospace manufacturer, and as a senior auditor at Arthur Andersen, LLP, from 1992 to 1996.
Since November 2024, Ms. Morytko has served on the Board of Trustees of Harpswell Foundation, a non-profit organization to advance young women leaders in Southeast Asia, with education, training and a supportive network. She previously served as a member of the Board of Directors of Pioneer Energy Services from 2019 to 2020, and The Crosby Group from 2019 to 2022. Ms. Morytko holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Purdue University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Purdue University Krannert School of Management.

2020 – 2023: Flowserve Corporation (NYSE: FLS), serving as President, Pumps Division
2018 – 2020: Norsk Titanium, serving as Chief Operating Officer.
Before joining Norsk Titanium, she served as an operations and supply chain consultant.
Prior to consulting, she spent 7 years at Baker Hughes, first serving as its Vice President, Global Supply Chain, then as Vice President, North America Region, and finally as President, Asia Pacific Region.
