Hawker^® Essential^™ motive power batteries deliver cost-effective power for most applications. Featuring our proven tubular plate technology, the Hawker Essential^™ range includes lead acid vented batteries in both DIN and BS sizes.

Robust design and construction

The positive electrodes are diecast tubular plates. The negative plates are flat pasted and the separator is microporous. The cell box and lid are made from high impact, temperature-resistant polypropylene and are heat-seal welded to prevent electrolyte leakage. Plus, bolt-on connectors allow the cells to be replaced or moved without excessive work.
