David Shaffer

David (Dave) has served as Director and Chief Executive Officer since November 6, 2024. From April 2016 through November 2024, he served as Director, President, and Chief Executive Officer. He was our President and Chief Operating Officer from November 2014 through March 2016, our President, Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) from January 2013 through October 2014, and President, Asia from 2008 through 2013. Prior thereto he was responsible for EnerSys® telecommunication sales in the Americas. Dave has worked in various roles of increased responsibility in the industry since 1989.

Dave received his Masters of Business Administration degree from Marquette University and his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois.
