EnerSys is a proud supporter of the United Way, an organisation committed to strengthening communities and improving lives through vital health and human services.

In 2019, then-CEO David Shaffer and his wife, Shelley, served as campaign co-chairs for the United Way of Berks County—championing local programs and driving community engagement. From reading initiatives and food drives to home renovations, EnerSys employees have continued to donate their time and energy to make a lasting impact where we live and work.
